Our Policies
We want every appointment to be smooth and stress-free for you and for us. Please review our policies before booking.
$35 deposit required to secure all braiding appointments. This deposit is deducted from your total service cost at checkout.
Deposits are collected at the time of booking through our secure online booking system. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay are all accepted.
Afterpay available — split your total into 4 interest-free installments. No credit check required.
24-hour notice required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the $35 deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
To cancel or reschedule, call or text us at (930) 228-0119 or manage your appointment through your Square booking confirmation.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Hair preparation: Please arrive with clean, detangled, and fully dry hair. Braiding cannot be performed on wet hair.
Appointment times are estimates only. Actual service time may vary depending on hair length, texture, and style complexity.
Please inform us of any scalp sensitivities or hair concerns when booking so we can best prepare for your appointment.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the appointment.
Kids pricing varies based on age, hair length, and style. Please call or text us for a quote before booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service if hair is in a condition that makes braiding unsafe or if a client is disrespectful to our staff.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with your service, please let us know before leaving so we can make it right.
